By accessing or using the EDDi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

EDD-I TECHNOLOGIES, INC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

2. Description of Service

EDDi is an IT asset discovery and compliance management platform that helps organizations:

  • Discover and inventory IT assets across their environment
  • Map assets to compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
  • Track compliance status and generate reports
  • Manage regulatory obligations and breach notifications

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to scan networks you do not own or have authorization to scan

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content but require a license to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EDD-I TECHNOLOGIES, INC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EDD-I TECHNOLOGIES, INC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EDD-I TECHNOLOGIES, INC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
